Description: Hot press machine is one of the most important machine in the PB/ MDF/OSB production line .Hot press machine mainly consist of the machine based, body frame, hot platen, hydraulic cylinder, middle beam, working platform, hydraulic system, control system and so on .

After loading the mats board automatically by the pusher, start the hot press rising button, the cylinder drives the middle support beam of the press to rise rapidly to complete the rapid closure of the press. At the same time, the high pressure pump starts, the mats board is pressurized to reach the set ting pressure, then the autostop is working, and the time relay starts to time, to meet the process requirements, unload the high pressure, and the press automatically drops. Complete the production of particleboard making process.
