Edge Cutting saw machine for the OSB/LOSB/FOSB production line

The basic composition of：

04.Transverse saw, by the framework, chain drive, the upper pressure roller, left and right sides of sawing machine. Chain pushes the slab, under the suppression of pressure wheel, steady fast feed, complete transverse cut edge. By adjusting the distance to achieve chain push board sheet into diagonal error in line with national standards.

05.Roller machine, fast separation by the framework and the roller, motor reducer unit, is used after horizontal sawing machine cutting transfer sheet to the stacker.

06.Piling machine and the plate roller, by lifting table, roll machine, hydraulic station, cylinder and pneumatic valve, every transfer to a plate, automatic cylinder pushing board's (vertical and horizontal push once, lifting platform is a lower (photoelectric medallion control) lifting platform to the lower limit, the plate roller drum operation, the entire crib board.
